How Grace & Hearth handles the information you share when you visit, subscribe, or purchase.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
Grace & Hearth is based in New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, the service providers we use, and how you can ask to access or correct your information.
Information we collect
- Your email address when you request a printable or join the email list.
- Purchase and payment status information supplied by Stripe. Grace & Hearth does not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages you send when asking for support.
- Basic website activity such as pages viewed, referral source, campaign tags, and checkout or download events.
How we use it
We use personal information to deliver requested printables, send emails you have agreed to receive, confirm and support purchases, improve the website and products, measure which resources are useful, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Email consent
When you submit an opt-in form, you consent to receiving the requested printable and occasional Grace & Hearth emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Service providers
Grace & Hearth uses Kit for email subscriptions, Stripe for payments, PostHog for website analytics, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms and may store it outside New Zealand.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use browser storage and analytics identifiers to remember first-touch and recent referral information and to understand aggregate website activity. You can restrict cookies or clear browser storage in your browser settings, although some measurement may no longer work.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to provide support, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information Grace & Hearth holds about you. You may also ask a privacy question or raise a concern by emailing hello@graceandhearth.com.
Children
The website, purchases, and email subscriptions are intended for parents and adult caregivers. Grace & Hearth does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the website, products, or service providers change. The latest version and update date will remain on this page.
