Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use Grace & Hearth or purchase a digital printable.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
By using this website or purchasing a Grace & Hearth product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a product.
Digital products
Grace & Hearth products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product or checkout page; the current Starter Kit is sold in US dollars. You are responsible for having suitable software and printing access if you choose to print a file.
Personal-use licence
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the product within one household. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, alter for resale, or use the files for a church, classroom, client, or commercial group without written permission.
Delivery and support
Paid files are made available after Stripe confirms payment. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If a download is missing, damaged, or does not match its description, contact hello@graceandhearth.comso we can put it right.
Refunds and consumer rights
Grace & Hearth does not generally provide refunds for a change of mind after a digital file has been supplied. This does not limit any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a corrected file, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Website content
Articles and printables provide general educational, planning, and family organisation information. They are not pastoral, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Families should use their own judgement and seek qualified help where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Grace & Hearth name, website copy, graphics, articles, and printable products are owned by Grace & Hearth or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, analytics, and hosting are provided by third parties including Stripe, Kit, PostHog, and Vercel. Their services are also governed by their own terms and policies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Hearth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time. New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
